QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess recognised Master's / PhD / Doctorate degrees or equivalent professional qualifications in the relevant fields of specialisation.
Candidates with PhD / Doctorate degrees in the relevant fields are preferred.


MANAGEMENT / ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
We are also looking for applicants with suitable Qualifications, relevant experience, good self-esteem and positive attitude to apply the following positions:

Director (Department of International Student Office)
The successful candidate will be responsible to draw up focused plans and strategies to increase international student intake in potential target market; ability to increase the University College's global branding and positioning as an educational provider of choice by international students; establish close rapport with Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) and any other relevant authorities so as to keep abreast with regulations on visa application/student mobility passes/health
checks pertaining to international students; ensure the Department of Intemational Student Office provides quality services to all international students on matters pertaining to recruitment, visa application, accommodation, welfare, pastoral care and support; manage. train and monitor international agents and representatives to ensure that they are able to advise prospective students of their pathways and courses offered by University College and manage the departmental budget to achieve the agreed KPI.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a higher education environment.
* Strong leadership qualities to drive teams to excel.

Deputy Librarian
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of library operations, planning and development of library services, managing information services and online resources for Kuala Lumpur Main Campus and other Branch Campuses / Faculty Branches.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent qualifications with minimum of 8 years' working experience in library management.

Manager (Library)
The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the operations of Libraries at Kuala Lumpur Main Campus and Branch Campuses in the area of collection development and management, circulation of library materials and automation. The candidate is expected to plan and manage projects and review, implement and maintain policies and procedures in the Library.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Library and information Science or equivalent qualifications.

Manager (Officer of the Registrar)
The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Registrar in maintaining custodian of official documents & records, liaison with relevant regulators & authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and provide secretariat services for the Board of Governors, Senate Committees of Board of Governors and perform other duties as assigned by the Registrar.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s / Master's degree or equivalent qualification with minimum of 8 years' working experience in the related field. Candidate with ICSA qualifications would be preferred.

Manager (Examinations & Credit Accumulation)
The successful candidate will be responSible in managing and ensuring the smooth running of the examination services including planning and preparation for conduct of examinations. monitoring and handling of compliance related matters, handling collaboration with external bodies/universities on external examinations and managing the Department's administrative matters.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's / Master’s degree or equivalent qualification with minimum of 8 years’ working experience in the related field.


Manager (Quality Assurance)
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and review of quality assurance policies and systems pertaining to academic standards, learning opportunities, management of quality and standard as well as ensuring that internal control and operative systems are in place for effective corporate governance. The candidate is expected to liaise with government agencies and accreditation bodies, both local and overseas and be familiar with the auditing processes of these bodies. The candidate is also expected to ensure proper management of ISO 9001:2008.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or professional qualifications with minimum of 8 years’ working experience in the relevant field.
* Candidate must have relevant experience in Academic Assurance work and workings of ISO 9001:2008.

IT Personnel
i) Technical Support Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of installing, managing and maintaining of LCD projectors and computer system in teaching venues; maintaining documentation on the equipment.
* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or related field. Preferable with 1-2 years' working experience in related field.

II) Teaching & teaming Support Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management or the e-Ieaming system, provide support and conduct workshops / training to students and staff on the use of the e-Iearning system, develop web services and applications for e-learning.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree. Fresh graduates may apply.

iii) Software Developer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of system applications.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Fresh graduates may apply.

iv) Instructional Design Developer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of the e-learning system; provides support and conduct workshops / training to students and staff on the usage of the e-Iearning system; develop content and courseware for e-learning.
* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design / IT. Fresh graduates may apply.

In addition to the above specific requirements, candidates are expected to be resourceful. self-motivated, possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; keep up with technology changes as well as able to work independently and as part of a team.

Marketing Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing related activities such as education fairs. school visits. open day and other events deemed necessary.

Candidate should possess a recognised degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication or qualifications in the relevant field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling alumni relations and alumni-related matters. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and executing social media strategy for the University College.

Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.

(Accounts / Internal Audit Officer)
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications. Candidate with working experience in accounting, financial management and internal audit is preferred.

Activities & Sports Coordinator
Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science.

Laboratory Officer
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and administration of the computer laboratories including planning. maintaining and troubleshooting of computers.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.

Estate Officer
(Based at Penang & Perak Campuses)
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out detailed inspections of buildings and campus compound, execute all maintenance and construction activities in the Institution as well as supervise works being canted out by outside agencies.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Mechanical {Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years' working experience.

Assistant Registrar
(Based at Kuala Lumpur & Penang Campuses)
The successful candidate will be responsible for all office administration, managing and supervision of staff as well as preparation of documents, minutes of meetings and reports.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Assistant Librarian
(Based at Pahang Faculty Branch)
The successful candidate will be responsible to plan and manage library resources including media materials to facilitate efficient retrieval.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent qualifications.

Student Counsellor
(Based at Kuala Lumpur & Johor Campuses)

The successful candidate will provide services and programmes to assist students in achieving mental and emotional well-being through individual counselling, career guidance, personal growth group and self-enrichment workshops or programmes, etc.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree in Counselling or professional qualifications in the relevant field.

Senior Administrative Assistant / Administrative Assistant
(Based at Kuala Lumpur, Penang & Johor Campuses)

The successful candidate is expected to perform a wide variety of administrative support services which includes maintenance of a comprehensive administrative filing system and any other tasks as requested by Dean/Head.

* Candidate should possess a recognised Diploma / Advanced Diploma qualification. Candidate should be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
