Established in 1986 FTMS group's education division today has 12 centres in 10 countries in africa & asia providing quality academic & professional courses. FTMS college is well known for its affiliation with universities in the united kingdom such as the university of east london (UEL), anglia ruskin university (ARU) & leeds beckett universlty (LBU) for the delivery oftheir degree programmes at both bachelor & masters levels, the degree programmes being delivered along with the professional courses from the deliberately selected location in malaysia. Dean of school - computing / business / professional accounting /engineering 
- masters degree /PhD in relevant field l minimum 3-5 years of working emerience in similar capacity. 
- Solid inter-personal communication skills / resourcefulness in problem solving / lead and motivate  a team of academics in teaching and reading
- Responsible for the development ofacademic programmes 8: the overall administration ofthe department °assist in recruitment process & induction program for new staff.
- Responsible for the overall administration and performance of the school includng ensuring effective
management oft he courses and resources. 

Marketing manager (international / local)
-Bachelor's degree / master degree, business studies/administration management, marketing or equivalent. 
-Excellent oral & written communication skills/ willing to travel/ highly energetic, goal-oriented, student oriented ,self-motivated team players, with excellent communication and  management skills
-Recruitment of local/international students/market surveys /explore sales opportunities/meet sales target & performance/generate , maintain and good customer rapport/promotion programmes at recruitment events, both On and Off Campus.

Lecturer-Engineering/Computing/Business/Management/Hospitality/Tourism
-Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree/Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD)
-Teaching, Curriculum Development, COnsultancy and other applied research projects.

Programme Consultant
-Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
-Highly energetic, goal-oriented, student-oriented, self-motivated team player, excellent communcation, interpersonal and time management skills.
-External and internal promotion of education programmes

International Student Officer
-Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
-Experience with immigration regulations for international students/VISA.
-Assists with general office and administrative tasks & projects that require knowledge of immigration regulations and processes/Liaison with immigration departmen officer.
-Maintaing record to ensure accurate and consistent record-keeping/ works with confidential documents and sensitive data/performs related work as required

Librarian
-Bachelor's degree in library management or equivalent
-good product management, organizationl, communication and writing skills
-good working knowledge of digial content and online platforms.
-Strong networking and relationship building skills
-Meticuluous, process-oriented and self-driven
-Passion for learning and commitment to customer service

Graphic designer
- Diploma in Design/Media/art/computer or equivalent
- Skill in web/graphic design and web programming languages
- develop and produce design work, marketing materials
via brochure and flyers, catalogues, posters, buntings, banners, product packacing, gift and premium items.
-To provide recommendation for concept, design and art direction
-Create and develops media using digital arts and photographic techniques.

Student Services Executive
-Diploma /Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
-Assisting in administrative matters relating to all student 
services and student enrolments, attendance, visa arrangments for international
students, academic progress, student records and course completions for students enrolled in the school

Driver
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"0" Level or any field
- At Least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position/full class E license.

Human Resource Executive
-Diploma/Degree in HR or equivalent
-Have a Strong Gasp of government regulation, as well as possess  good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
-Assist in recruitment process and induction program for new staff.
-Co-ordinate HR Activites as when required
-Performs other related duties as assigned.

Assistant Registrar-Graduate School Office
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in administration
-Familiar with the requirements of MQA & MOHE.
-Leads and supports the registrar in the daily administration of the admissions and exams,
records units, development and implementation of academic policies and quality enhancement,
regulatory and confement, graduation, supervision of the operations of admissions and registration,
articulation and assessement service, liaison with collaborative universities.

Programme Coordinator- Graduate School Office
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in administration
-Highly energetic, goal-oriented, student-oriented, self motivated team players, with excellent communication, interpersonal, multitask and time managemenet skills.
-Student registration/examination process/administrative tasks.

Finance Executive
-Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent
-able to work with minimum supervision
-Assist in performing accounting tasks such as preparation and maintenance of
financial ledgers, cash flow and budgeting, bank reconciliation, reporting, etc.

Councellor
-Bachelor's Degree, Post graduate diploma, professional degree, psychology or equivalent
-Qualified and registered with malaysian board of counselors.
-Provide guidance and support students to address any personal problems or Issues Faced
-To motivate and guide students to their highest potential.

IT Executive
-Diploma/bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent
-provide support service to users of computer software application and hardware by way of training, trouble shooting and co-ordinate in maintenance and repair services.

Receptionist
-Candidate must prossess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"0"Level, higher secondary/Pre-U/A Level/
college, professional certificate/NITEC or any field.
-operate telephone switchboard, relay incoming calls and take down messages/ attend to general phone and walk-in customer's enquiries/collect and sort daily mails/ rafranking of outgoing mails and in charge of local and overseas dispatch of documents/provide adminsitrative support to the administration department.
